Basalt-Fiber Composites (BFC)

BFC are made out of Basalt Rock by melting with SOH Gas-Plasma Flame, drawing 10-micron thin continuous, miles-long Basalt Fibers, weaving the Fibers into Fabrics, Welding the fibers in the fabrics together by a SOH Gas Flame, and forming Structural Assembly-Modular Elements, with various shapes, in hot Press-Forms.
BFC are Times Stronger, Lighter and Cheaper than the Steel, they are also 100% Clean and Renewable, Stainless, Waterproof, Fireproof, Chemically-Resistant, UV-Resistant, thermally-insulating, abrasion-resistant, etc. They could be easily operated and colored.
