    About: Jonathan M. Genn is the President of The IV2 Alliance, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, which has entered into a public-private partnership with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (the “US FDA”), pursuant to a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU Control Number 225-12-0025) to help advance the US FDA’s “Advancing Regulatory Science” and “Driving BioMedical Innovation” Initiatives.” Mr. Genn is also the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Global LifeSci Development Corporation, a metropolitan Washington, DC-based family business wholly-owned by the descendants of Homer and Martha Gudelsky, with more than 70 affiliated private companies. Mr. Genn’s primary responsibilities include planning, designing, and constructing large mixed-use lifestyle communities in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, with particular emphasis on the biosciences, biomedical, and biotechnology industries. Mr. Genn, born in Washington, DC and raised in Montgomery County, MD, is the proud product of Montgomery County’s public school system! Mr. Genn is a 1979 graduate of Georgetown University and a 1982 graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law.
